Ever since their iconic performance, fans and viewers have been anticipating for them to act together, well don’t worry because we have got you all covered up because Lee Hyung Min dropped the exciting news that they are planning to drop a second season of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon! Now, let’s drop the bombshell news, Director, Lee Hyung Min and writers Baek Mi Kyung and Kim Eun Sook, you heard it right, at the beginning of this year held a meeting with Drama House and JS Pictures, and settled down with the idea that fans and lovers of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, truly deserves a second season! Given the amount of love and support they have given, it’s a must at this point! So fans your 9 long years of waiting are finally becoming a reality and the drama will be aired from April to May time frame. Before that, we need to dust off our memories regarding the first season as it will be linked with the second one!  Season 1, revolved around Do Bong Sun played by Park Bo Young, a kind, petite woman with inhuman strength that she can even lift a car, this superhuman strength has been passed down to her through generations in her family, however, she must be careful regarding using her power and must not misuse them. Unfortunately, the cat gets out of the bag when one day, while protecting herself from the bullies, she gets entangled with Ahn Min Hyuk, CEO of a gaming company, who saw her powers. Now she becomes a bodyguard for him, as he has been receiving threats from unknown people trying to pull him down. As the drama proceeds, Do Bong Sun is stuck in a position where she is in a love triangle between Min Hyuk and her childhood police officer best friend, In Guk Du. Ultimately, Bong Sun listens to her heart and finally ties the knot with Ahn Min Hyuk. The ending of the series surely made all of us feel giddy but everyone wanted to know more, wanted to see the Park–Park couple’s chemistry more, the longing and wanting for them has been never-ending since then and it increased immensely when Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik, appeared in Strong Girl Namsoon, doing a cameo stealing away everyone’s heart once again!

Another interesting theory has been raised by netizens that, there may be a villain role passed to Park Sung Hoon! This will elevate the drama’s overall performance immensely!
