The 2025 Korean action-horror film “Holy Night: Demon Hunters” (거룩한 밤: 데몬 헌터스) plunges viewers into a world where a secretive trio battles demonic forces threatening Seoul. Directed by Lim Dae-hee and produced by Ma Dong-seok, the film combines intense action with supernatural elements.
As a devil-worshipping criminal network emerges, the city descends into chaos. In desperation, the police enlist 'Holy Night'—a team of demon hunters with supernatural abilities. Ba Woo (Ma Dong-seok) leads the team with immense physical strength, joined by Sharon (Seohyun), who can detect and exorcise demons, and Kim-kun (Lee David), their loyal support. Their mission intensifies when psychiatrist Jung-Won (Kyung Soo-jin) seeks their help to save her possessed sister, Eun-Seo (Jung Ji-so).
Released in South Korea on April 30, 2025, the film opened at first place in the box office, garnering over 121,000 admissions on its debut day. A prequel webtoon titled "Holy Night: The Zero" was serialized on Naver Webtoon in October 2024, offering fans deeper insights into the film's universe.
