As BTS V is all set to release his solo album "Layover" real soon, he has shared some of his diet routine with the audience.
On August 13, V went on a live show with his global fans from Weverse. From the beginning of the live show he was interacting with the audience about the General question answer session. At one point he said, "I am really tired of dieting" and started mixing his meal Jajangmyeon. By eating the meal he has expressed his feelings that, "September 8th is almost a month away. Will I be able to maintain my diet for a month?" Concerning his diet he also said that, " I am so hungry right now that I ordered Jajangmyeon with the thought Let's just eat one. I am 62 kg now. I have to go on a diet"

Meanwhile, V is getting really conscious about him to look fit on his big day, which is a normal thing. Audiences are eagerly waiting for his solo album to be released as it’s been a while that he hasn't released any solo.
