Sad news for Shin Sung Rok fans. His father passed away this morning.

On August 8, Shin Sung Rok's agency Sangyoung Entertainment confirmed it by saying, "Shin Sung Rok's father passed away this morning. Shin Sung Rok and his family members are in the wake of sorrow. We convey our deepest condolences to the bereaved family"

Shin Sung Rok is all set for his musical performance "BEN-HUR" which reportedly starts in September. Right now he and his whole family are in a state of grief. He was very close to his father as in many of the interviews he mentioned his fathers name and how he used to encourage him in every step.
