The popular historical wuxia Chinese drama Nirvana in Fire gained much popularity back in 2015 with its brilliant cast and amazing revenge plot. The drama earned enormous attention from critics and fans which made its producers sign for a second season two years later in 2017. Even now the drama receives positive responses from fans from all over the world. Fans are now wondering how these actors are doing and how much they aged over the years.

1. Hu Ge:

Hu Ge, also known as Hugh Hu, is a Chinese actor and singer. He is now 40 years old. He was born on 20 September 1982. 

The actor became a part-time TV host at the young age of fourteen and appeared in dozens of TV commercials between his primary and high school years. From 2001 to 2005, he majored in acting at the prestigious Shanghai Theatre Academy. At that time, Hu gained stardom in China and Taiwan as Li Xiaoyao, the lead role in the TV series Chinese Paladin (2005). He appeared in many extraordinary movies and dramas like The Disguiser, The Wild Goose Lake, The Climbers, The Butterfly Lovers and so on.

2. Wang Kai:

Wang Kai is a Chinese actor. He is 40 years old. He was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province on 18 August 1982. 

Wang Kai is known for his television roles in All Quiet in Peking, The Disguiser, Nirvana in Fire, Ode to Joy, When a Snail Falls in Love, Stay With Me, and Like a Flowing River, along with his film role in The Devotion of Suspect X.

Wang Kai is rumored to be dating the actress Wang aka Angel Wang since 2019. Before that, he was rumored to be romantically involved with the Taiwanese beauty Chen Qiaoen. 

3. Leo Wu:

Wu Lei, also known as Leo Wu, is a Chinese actor. He is 23 years old. The actor was born on 26th December 1999. 

Leo Wu is known as "China's Little Brother" in China. He made his first appearance in commercials at the age of three. In 2007, officially made his debut in acting as Nezha for the series, The Legend and the Hero. Then he appeared in many renowned movies and TV shows like Love Like the Galaxy, The Long Ballad, Nirvana in Fire and so on.

Leo Wu is rumored to be dating his Love Like the Galaxy co-star Zhao Lusi. Previously he was in talks about dating another Chinese actress Julia Xiang Hanzhi.

Chinese actress Liu Tao was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi in 12 July 1978. She is 44 years old.

5. Angel Wang:

Wang Ou is a Chinese model and actress. She was born in Nanning, Guangzhou, China on 28 October 1982. She is 40 years old.

The actress is famous for her roles in TV shows and dramas like Who’s the Murderer, The Disguiser, The Legend of Jade Sword, Novoland: Eagle Flag, Foolish Plans, etc. 

The actress is rumored to be dating her Nirvana in Fire co-star Wang Kai. Before that, she was allegedly having an extra-marital affair with the actor Hawick Lau.

6. Jin Dong:

Chinese actor Jin Dong was born in Jinan, China on 22 December 1976. He is 46 years old. 

He is known for his television roles in Legend of Entrepreneurship, The Disguiser, Candle in the Tomb, Surgeons, and The First Half of My Life. He made his acting debut in the 2004 drama Young Imperial Envoy. 

Jin Dong married actress Joane Li in 2010. The two stars had a son born in 2015 and another son in 2017.

7. Qiao Xin:

Qiao Xin, also known as Bridgette Qiao, is a Chinese actress. She was born on November 23, 1993, in Harbin, China. The actress is 29 years old.

Qiao Xin graduated from the Central Academy of Drama. She is recognized for her role as Guan Ju'er in Ode to Joy and Ode to Joy 2 as well as The Autumn Ballad, Dream Garden, You Complete Me, and so on.

She is rumored to be dating another Chinese actor Zheng Hao and is probably in talks to get married soon!

8. Zhang Ling Xin:

Actress and writer Lingxin Zhang was born on 28 March 1981 in Shanghai, China. She is 41 years old. 

She is known for her roles in dramas and movies like Nirvana in Fire, Yong bu xiao shi de Guang bo, etc. Her popularity soared with her role in the TV series Meteor, Butterfly, Sword.

Ling Xin has been married to Hu Yao Zhi since 2015. The two have a son together.
